Why is that?

Which part?
Yeah most definetly, I only included the 1 Fetchland in this deck because you lose so many of your own lands while playing the deck to begin with that you really want to draw lands. Most of the time I play 4 or more.
You are 100% incorrect. :) http://www.wizards.com/Magic/TCG/Resources.aspx?x=judge/resources/sfrlegacy nice try though.
My article explains it all in the forums, it went 5-3 and it doesnt need any Vesuva.
Starting Hand: Mishra's Factory, Innocent Blood, Swamp, Swamp, Wasteland, Cabal Therapy, Swamp. First Turn: Swamp, Cabal Therapy. Second Turn: Draw a Sinkhole. Play Swamp, then cast Sinkhole. Third Turn: Draw a Tombstalker. Wasteland.
I just tried using the Random Hand generator on this deck, havent come up with to many bad opening hands yet. Pretty brutal each time, give it a try! Post what you get as a Reply to this comment, and perhaps what you do on your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd turn?
Thanks, its alright.
Needs some fetchlands to thin the deck out and more Barbarian Ring or Mishra's Factory. Wasteland is always another option as well, in Legacy when it comes to burn you need to run a deck of just straight burn and Ensnaring Bridge or play alot of Cost efficient creatures like Ball Lightning and Keldon Marauders. I would add more creatures and a more diverse set of lands. Price can always go sideboard.
Holy crap, what made my deck so popular all a sudden?
+1 Just because of Deadapult lol
BTW, this is the final cut of a prototype build I let a friend play at Grand-Prix Columbus. I used the tournament to refine the deck while I played in the main event. My coverage of that is in the forums under The Competitive Edge.
I am not a fan of Vampires either, I think Wizards just created a more abundant number of them to appeal to the popculture and subculture that sprang up from it. Seriously, thats how I really feel about. Bloodghast isnt really great, he just works in SOME decks like this one. I dont know if I would play him if I wasnt running Crucible of Worlds, Innocent Blood, and Cabal Therapy... without those he really doesnt help that much and I would rather play something else, but because he interacts so well with all of them it made perfect sense. Especially Crucible of Worlds + Wasteland + Bloodghast.
Thanks, but fortunately Strip Mine is banned in Legacy. Thank the gods it is. That is why you play the single Ghost Quarter to eliminate single basic lands and such people play.
Thanks, appreciate the fast comment. I usually have to proxy my dual lands alot so I wanted a deck to compete with Merfolk in Legacy, but be at the same time monocolored. What do you think of Cabal Therapy and Bloodghast?
Been awhile and I barely write an article every 3-4 months, havent posted a deck in ages, why not add one now? Here you go.
Missing the best Slivers. Crystalline Sliver, Hibernation Sliver, Muscles Sliver... but he does have Sinew and Winged...Hmm what do all those have in common, besides being good? Oh yeah! They all cost 2....which means.... Aether Vial??????????? :D
You do know that Squirrel Nest and Earthcraft makes infinite 1/1 Squirrel Tokens, right? :) Just throwing that out there for you.
