I'd throw in some more creatures with ETB effects; blade splicer, thragtusk etc and garruk's packleader for card advantage Also some mana ramp would make it run smoother - birds of paradise, etc

I'd put in some bloodline keepers - mass tokens + mutilate is a good way to end a game with blood artists on the field.

wolfir silverheart is always a beast
Unruly mobs are one of the best in this deck imo - just 2 mana and get's 3 +1/1 tokens every time I play thatcher revolt.
Mirror-mad phantasom for mass self milling
I'd loose a fiend hunter; I think 4 is just too much when you're running 4 oblivion rings - especially since they're removed so easily. Also thragtusk + conjurer's closet as previously suggested if you can get any. Roaring Primadox is an option, but kind of suck in comparison, but more bounces. Borderland ranger is great ETB mana ramp for this type of deck. Garruk's Packleader for card advantage. Cheers.
I'd loose some forests in exchange for plains; cavern of souls is always great if you can afford 'em. Maybe toss in a moonsilver spear - free angels

I like the use of Forbidden orchard and defense of the heart. might have to incorporate that into one of my decks.
