Well you are in black, I suggest you add in some tutors, kick the walkers, and remove some of the lackluster vamps and spells (aka Vampiric Fury, Curse of Stalked Prey, Elemental Mastery for example). Board wipes will be your friend if you ever fall behind everyone else. You could add in some better recurring creatures (Nether Traitor) and some recursion (Beacon of Unrest, Dread Return, Sheoldred, and even zombie Mikeaus could be useful).

Is this just cards you have laying around? There is a lot of things that can be improved here. I'll point out if you have building a deck around Domri Rade then you should be running 3 or even 4 copies of him.

I should ask you if this is suppose to be an EDH deck (assuming Animar is your commander)? If it is you should read up on some deckbuilding rules because you can't have more than 1 copy of each card except for basic lands. If this is suppose to be a 60 card deck then you need to add more 3 and 4-ofs cards and reduce the card count.

You can figure out the creature base you want and the lands. I will just tell you that you should remove most of your artifacts. All those that gain you life is pretty useless in EDH, the amount is so small that it won't matter in the long run. You should replace these with either more mana rocks or better equipment to protect your commander and other creatures.

Not if you use Rings of Brighthearth. You still have to put it to your hand but for 2 mana you get to add another extra turn.

With all his creature tutors that he is keeping in he could just run Hallowed Burial, I use that in my Iroas deck.

Pretty much what the person above said. Cut back on the creatures that don't help you get to your wincon. Ghostly Changeling, One-Eyed Scarecrow, Shell Skulkin, Avian Changeling, Cairn Wanderer, Changeling Berserker, ect. Just to name a few, the rest you can decide. If you want more control then play more creatures that help control the field or replace creatures with more control spells. You shouldn't add in every changeling you can find. Some are better than others. Also with five colors please add in about 4 or 5 more lands (36 to 38). You don't have much mana ramp. Also best to add in some board wipe spells.

If anything hawk is just another shuffle effect for me. I would only search for them one at a time of course to maximize the effect. I think I might want to now take out Thassa and add in more protection (Brave the Elements). Like I said most games I won't ever get her into a creature and with BTE I can still make my creatures more or less unblockable and save them from kill spells.

Currently thats all I found so far. I will end up buying the rest so I have a playset in.

To help get more out of Thassa in both drawing her more often and possibly making her into a creature I was thinking of doing this:
-4 Trusty Machete
-1 Squadron Hawk

+3 Trinket Mage
+ 2 Thassa, God of the Sea

This way my chances are a bit higher to have a god creature (still pretty low overall and won't happen most games) but I also have a tutor to get scope and gear from my deck. Thoughts?

Thats for the comment. I would love to add him in cause as you say he would give me some damage when needed and scrying makes it easy. For now thats not what this deck is going for but I might make another version going RWU colors.

Not to rain on anybodies parade but Time Walk is restricted. You can only have 1 in your deck. http://www.wizards.com/Magic/TCG/Resources.aspx?x=judge/resources/sfrvintage

Here is what I suggest you remove.
You are in green so you could easily cut back on your artifact mana rocks (Keyrunes and signets).

-Artifact:
Simic Clustone
Simic Signet

-Creature:
Battering Krasis
Captain of the Mists
Clone
Cloudfin Raptor
Hero of Leina Tower
Mistcutter Hydra
Thrummingbird

-Enchantment:
Asceticism

-Planeswalker:
Garruk Wildspeaker

-Sorcey:
Explore
Rampant Growth
Reshape
Whelming Wave (might replace with Evacuation)

-Land:
Replace the guildgates and bounce lands with shock lands/buddy lands.

Overall you might want to add in a few more lands to make it 36 total. Might want to add in some tuck counter spells like Spell Crumple. Also add in some colorless board wipes like All Is Dust or Oblivion Stone. Adding in Contagion Engine could be good to for the double proliferate.

You also might want to look into Myojin of Life's Web and/or Myojin of Seeing Winds. Add more divinity counters on them and you can keep using their remove ability. Problem is they cost a good amount of mana to play.

EDIT: To cut a few more cards you could even lose some of the mana ramp cards you have in the deck. Just an idea but really it will need some playtesting.

I'd recommend adding in fetch lands to help thin your library AND reshuffle after you brainstorm with Jace. Also change your description so it doesn't say "fun to play in legacy" the deck isn't legal with Mana Drains in now.

Add in Throne of Geth. You can sac your used up artifacts or tokens about to die or sac the throne itself to proliferate.

Unwinding clock could also work. Add in artifact lands. Also add in Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas for a good finisher.

Of course then it wouldn't be a budget deck so much. Just an idea.

I think that is a matter of your own opinion on what "causal" means. I own a deck similar to this and have played against decks like this. This deck is by no means fast early game or very competitive.
Sure the deck I own I put maybe $120 into it and rest from trades but I still find it very causal and fun to play in multiplayer. I don't win often but nobody complains about it. Not every deck has to win all time. I play it for a change of pace or when others are new and learning.

TL; DR: This isn't the type of deck for you.

That wouldn't be a terrible card. I don't think I will add it because most of the time I think I'd just end up hoping for one of my Rectors to put it in play. Since it is 6 CMC which 2 have to be green I don't see it worth it to make this 3 colors.

I'd love to add in fetch lands to all my decks but they are just out of my range. I should have gotten them when they were $10-12 each.

Ahh, for some reason I didn't think about that card. I also thought about that devotion land.
