Sigh. You obviously play tournaments, don't you Chilly? I do not care about legality. I play casual Magic. I don;t play 1v1. I play 1v1v1v1. Way harder. This deck works just the way it is.

That card doesn't exsist, kreox. You're looking at the only 2 cards in the game that can untap for 1 mana.

Go right ahead wizard. I post decks simply for other people to use. What good is creativity if it isn't shared?

No problem dknight. I can't stand idiocy and will tear it down whenever it shows its hideous face.

As for the rest of you:
Thank you for your comments. I will probably add a few cards to deal with protection after a bit of playtesting. I just wanted to see which of the combos would be most effective before I dove right in. I never EVER run more than 20 lands. Want to know why? I play 3+ player free for all, and I really REALLY hate top-decking lands 4 or 5 turns in a row. Magic's beginner guide can suck it. I'm not a beginner. Because this deck is full of cheap spells and the combos revolve around mana ramp, I could probably get away with 16 lands if I wanted to. Otherwise, I agree with everything you all said.

I'll say it again, my friends and I play casual Magic, and (long beofre I started playing) it was decided that ignoring the legend rule made games faster. All you have to do to make this deck work witht he legend rule is replace, say, Door of Destinies with Mirror Gallery.

Furthermore, I'd still play the deck with all the legends because it is a theme deck. The theme is the Konda household from the Kamigawa set. I have the cards, they;re useless to me otherwise, and we like to get wasted while we play Magic. At the beginning of the night, this deck will lose. By the end, I'll win 8 out of 10.

Mind Over Matter would also be cool for all the cards you'll draw and can't use. ( I also hate to waste things.)

Dude, if you build this deck, you need to get some Mudholes to mutilate (old tradition in our Magic circle). Split 'em in half and glue the back half of them onto Pikachu so that no one will see it coming.

Hey, Ledif, stop being a dildo. My friends and I play Magic for fun on a kitchen table, and that's the only Magic that IS fun. I've gone to FNM and it sucks. Just a bunch of nerd-jocks showing off their lack of social skills by trying to thouroughly pwn random people and believing that there is glory to be won in the Trenches of Magic-based conquest. 1v1 isn't even that fun or challenging. If you really want to test yourself and your deck, get 4 or 5 people together for a game of free for all. It's easy to take 20 life, but 40 or 60 life is another story. When you're having a bad night with your buddies because you aren't getting the draws you need and you're butt's sore from being mana raped, it's nice to know you can pull out 'Old Trusty' and decimate at least one game. There are plenty of decks on here with turn 0, 1, 2, or 3 kills and I don't see you bitching about them. Don't hate on dknight just because he came up with a good deck and you're jealous. Besides, the glory days of Magic are gone. Magic was fun when a winning deck only had 20 or 30 each of Black Lotus and Plague Rats in it.

Now, if you would like me to pick you apart in another area (grammar and punctuation, for instance), just say the word...

Cool deck, though. If it were my deck, I'd probably take out a few Lieges without cool abilities in order to concentrate on other cards.

I like it, but if it were me, I would take out a Fastbond or two in order to add more Master of the Wild Hunts. Oracle of Mul Daya seems to be way better. Nice deck either way, man.

I might recommend some slight mana ramp like Llanowar Elves or the like. Or how's about a Rampaging Baloths or 4?

The cost doesn't matter when I can play anything for {R}.

And the "turn 1 win" only works in 1v1. I have 3 people to kill, not one. There IS no turn 1 win for 20 damage to 3 different targets.

Early game is for Survivalist then Cloud Key or Incubator. A turn 1 drop isn't as critical in multiplayer as it is in 1v1. With Incubator I can get out any card in the deck on turn 4 (Cloud Key will give me anything but the Pyromancer), and that leaves me PLENTY of time to get to work. When you have an infinite loop of triggered abilities, it's sorta hard for anyone to do anything to stop it.

And yes, that's the basic idea behind the whole deck.
