A misreading of Yasova lead to the creation of this. I thought Yasova allowed you to target your own things and act as a reliable way to untap something you controlled. Still, I think this deck is unique and I have seen very few decks that focus on untapping/tapping things as much as this one does.
The goal is to either out combo or out value the opponent through tapping/untapping your creatures as much as possible. Don't overextend and you should be good.
