I see the point of having 4 Shred-Freaks, but I'd replace 2 of them for Spike Jesters. As they're much better!

Cool.
I also have an anti-infect deck. Which doubles as an anti-everything deck if you want to check it out:

Infect is awesome. But it can be really mean.
Some decks can still kill you before you can get out Merlia
You should find a substitute for Green Sun's Zenith because of its banned status.
As an Infect player, I can see just HOW mean it can be. People moan when I try to verse them with it some days

Because they may not truley know how to use it. I one used a pro deck, when I first thought about using infect, and it was a disaster. I was beaten with a relative ease. And when I started to use infect, it was a slow process for me to get used to it and develop it to what I have now, which you bag out on a near daily basis for being a "pussy strategy"

I designed this deck for people who are new to infect to ease their way into it without the pain that I found with building mine

3/1 with first strike, reguarded as one of, if not THE best keyrune out there. They are a good one to have
Also cures mana sickness

The deck is now 60 cards. Any more advice?

I always seem to have about 6 mana when I play this in a slow game, so I see your argument as irrelivant to a certain degree. I also have enough 1 and 2 drops to cover myself for a while

Just attack over and over, burn some things and just kill everything. Most of the time, people don't sac for des demon, only one guy has ever done it, with a LOT of populate!
I only really use Thrill-kills as blockers, it's a 1/2 with deathtouch, hello!
All of my 4 mana cards are next turn win. Exept Exava, she's same turn
Gore-house is alright
I also one said a very similar things about Shread-freaks, but I got told in response; "how often are you not going to have both types of mana"

Rakdos is a "Win next turn" card. I didn't really keep him in for the long term. Cards like him are Exava and Desecration Demon. I got him for the deck back when I was playing with Carnival Hellsteed
Ideas for some more speed?

This deck is simply a rough design to give traditional style magic players a chance to try out infect in a style that they're familiar with. I don't expect this to be an overly great deck. Infact, I want it to be more like an intro deck than any other kind!
Most of my other Infect decks have a quicker win than this. If you like, check them out if your a more experienced Infect player

I can see that you need help adjusting this deck to be better, so how do you want to improve it? My guess is more speed..........
You definately need another Glistener Elf

It's in Dragon's Maze, just like AEtherling. It's a very good one for Dimir control, as it's an extraction card and you exile ALL copies of it!

I'd just cut out the Phyrexian mana from the colour list

I may as well remind you, Memory Erosion is when THEY play a spell.....

Dimir control without Reap Intellect?

I was thinking more of the 0 mana part, but I see your point

Cypher copies are still technically spells, so they can be extorted and countered, and can also trigger your Aberration's SECOND ability, and trigger a mill to a land. That's why I love cypher and Aberrations. And it's only 2 mana, so what have you got to loose?
Here's a Dimir deck of mine that I'm running. Its similar to yours, and I think that you could probably take something from it:

Less lands too. You don't need 27 in a mill deck like this one. I run 24 and I still have HEAPS of land out on the field.
A good option to replace Mind Sculpt is the new fuse card: Breaking // Entering. You don't need to cast Entering, but breaking is the top 8 cards. If your playing modern, then you want Glimpse the Unthinkable, which is top 10 for the same mana cost as Breaking

Problem I see: Consuming Aberration + NO CYPHER = What the hell?
Try to lace in some cypher mill, like Paranoid Delusions

Yeah, maybe the procuders of MTGVault can fix this problem with the phyrexian mana and the fuse cards. I don't exactly know how, but it would be nice
