There are some good alternatives for some of your cards. Overall this is a good deck. Marsh Flats, I would swap out for Orzhov Guildgate Death Grasp for Debt to the Deathless Holy Day for Riot Control There are other types of substitutes out there. Use these sorts of ones and you an not only bring your deck up to Standard legality, but some of them may just improve the deck overall

You need Boros/Rakdos guildgates/shocklands in order to play Timtim, Tobuscus and/or that skeleton. Otherwise, take them out

Saying "in response" and using an instant cut into any stack of triggers, most of the time, and the term "instant" lets you play it at any time
