Yes. The overload cost is the spell, +extra, to change the from target to each. This means that Goblin Electromancer will let you cast Mizzium Skin for {U} instead of 1{U}

One of the things that make a deck what it is, is a theme. What is your goal with the deck? After you answer that, then the rest falls into place. By the looks of things, your playing a control sort of deck. There are plenty of Dimir and Azorius cards to help with this. Add in some Orzhov extortion and you have a deck plan!

Not hijacking your site but for those who love to post decks like Jayden, without the comments from people like Ninja Style:

Be warned about the price now. They're expensive. But worth it!

The only real thing that I would recommend now are dual lands

I was only thinking of the fact that it grants you both types of lands that use. The only other subs are Drowned Catacombs and Watery Grave but they're expensive

If you don't want to play with watery grave, at least try Dimir Guildgate. I know that people prefer the shocklands, but they are a godd and cheap alternative since the price differences are about 40:1

Mirko Vosk over Nightveil Spectre. But that's my opinion
4 Aberrations is also a really good way to run.

Very nice, I run a similar deck. One of my fav mill spells is Paranoid Delusions. You may have to hit them, but it is worth it

I like having it there for the recycling of my graveyard. You know what control decks are like, right?

I know that it is incomplete, so any help is greatly appreciated. Unless it is a negative comment, which will be deleted

Then there isn't much of a point to Seraph Sactuary and the only other tokens are Centaurs
