That's only an instant. BUT!
I can exile it with Elite Arcanist...

1 drop, Forest, Instant
Prevent all combat damage dealt this turn

Basically the oldest surviving standard card to date. If you search "Fog" in the Card Search area, you'll see thta it ahs been around since Alpha

I am open to any suggestions to make my decks better
Truth be told, you shouldn't be relying too much on Elite Arcanist. When you play it, some people think that you're playing an infinite combo and that puts a target on it's back.
If there are any Hexproof B/U enchantments, let me know

It takes a while for people to start noticing you. Hell, it took me ages for people to look at my decks but some of my early ones are now at the equivelant of hot page decks

You just have to give it time

Some cipher for a more control element would really go well in here, something like Hidden Strings or Hands of Binding

That was a thought. But I'm basing this one off everyone's comments, sir's pauper suggestions AND my own tastes

I need cards with "Defender" for abilities like Doorkeeper, also having stuff like Hover Barrier means that they'll be around for much longer (not counting kill spells or deathtouch.)

Also Nirkana Cutthroat is from Rise of the Eldrazi, in Zendikar block which is modern and this is standard. I appreciate the thought, but you should check up on card legalities before suggesting them.
I also know it can be better if it's modern, but i'm not playing modern!

I mean this both seriously and say it with a humorous and slightly sarcastic voice:
It's BUG defenders, not BUG free cards.

Also, on a more serious note, BUG defenders is all about mill. Which I know you hate...
The problem with Burning-Tree is that it has no real value compared to cards like Trestle Troll in a deck like this. There is a time and a place for Burning-Tree, but here and in my Hydra deck just aren't them

So do I
And Colossus of Akros will work well in the SB

Some of those will be really helpful. Thanks!
Although I'd only go a max of 3 Gatecreeper and probably 3 Hover Barrier

If outside is so good, then why has man spent thousands of years trying to perfect inside?

Eeeeeeeeeeevil. Even by my standards.
Very well done. Also, I may just use this idea for a deck of my own

Thank you all for your advice and praise, but I have some problems with a new deck of mine that I require some assistance in:

Ok, recommending completely changing my deck there.
I do like the idea of adding Nykthos though, so I'll add 2 in here. Also, being a legendary I'd only run 2 Polukranos

I , uh, have never played with a Hydra in my life and don't exactly know what Hyrdas there are.....
Also R/G is THE type of deck I don't play much. I usually play black, so much black. But I'll give it a go.
Also, what should I replace for these and how many should go in? Remember, this deck didn't get where it is by having just massive Hydras, I need some lower costing ones as well

Trust me on this: Sometimes, it is better to have a backup strategy. A deck like this can be taken out my midrange fairly easily. Not saying that yours will, but I've had my fair share of decks like this. You could at least SB 2 Rogue's Passage

You may also want to look at Jace, Memory Adept too.
Here's my Dimir mill deck for you to check out:

I'm not too keen on Hubris in here, I'd swap out 1 Dissolve and your Hubris for 3 Psychic Strike
Also, I'd only play 2 Thoughtsieze and maybe some removal e.g. Grisly Spectacle

By the way, Comsuming Aberration and Rogue's Passage help a lot but I would go 2 max
