I can't help but feel that I helped inspire this deck, but there are a few things that I would change:
Drop the Crusaders into the SB, they're a bit too slow
Swap something out invigorate and Lotus Petal for other things like Vines of Vastwood and Might of Old Krosa and make it Modern
Also add Pendelhaven, great for all those 1/1's

Gray Merchant of Asphotel (or something like that). It's used in ALL Black Devotion decks

Duress is a budget Thoughtseize. The only downside is you don't get to choose a creature

A while ago there were issues with people going on mass downvoting sprees and the effects are still felt by some (I was lowered to -210 reputation at one point). As for the deleting of comments, that is either because it is A) your comment, B) your deck or C) a glitch in the system

Phyrexia is so OP when dealing with Darksteel
If you were to have Phyrexia as infect, then only a third to a half of Phyrexia should be infect

Look at the legalities of the time. E.g. Doom Blade was a common before M14, but it's illegal in Standard Pauper, so Rancor should follow the same rules depending on the legality of the deck

Nightmare + Phyresis = game winner on its own

To me, Dynacharge is still a 1-drop, even if you overload it but I can see how some may go against that. And Mugging is good. so I'll probably swap out Dynacharge for Titan's strength and Firedrinker for Hero of Leina Tower
