The hindering light is still a 1x so you will want to work something out probably in sideboard so it will be more likely to be had when you need it
Possibly as a side for remand against those decks with lots of target removal

I'm curious about the 1x Hindering light you got, Is it there because you want more or just don't know what to replace it with?
Also I think Venser, the Sojourner could fit in this. He's got bounce , unblockable and a devastating ult.

please write a description. I can only guess that you want the deck to work more consistently so I am going to base my suggestions on that.

First off, if your win conditions are Battlewise Hoplite and and Elspeth then you should have more of them in the deck like 4 battlewise and 3 elspeth. after that I can't give you any suggestions because your deck is just too spread out, it has all the looks of an "almost" midrange with a lot of aggro elements. trying to be both doesn't usually work out well so you will probably have to pick if you want the deck to perform better.

I'm not sure what your hoping for in a comment without a description on the deck but, I personally am not a fan of coursers accord so I would remove it entirely and make the banishing light and unflinching courage 4x each

I would say you just need card draw and a lowing costing secondary win condition. take a peak at my deck to get some ideas at what I mean.

argg, I can't seem to recall the exact cards I want to suggest. sigh guess this means I need to go find my modern delver U/R deck and put in on the site. then I can give you a proper response

well as far as winning you can go with tribalish Rats >.>

make use of the rats with discard effects and things like that to replace some of your discard spells and use things like Packrat and or cards that have effects for X or less cards in hand to hurt they life total, like shrieking affliction.

If rats are not your thing just go with a few scary black creatures like Desecration demon or Phyrexian Obliterator

think Monoblack cruel control/discard control--- I believe that is what the deck style is called.

well without a description on the deck I'm not entirely sure what you are attempting to do with this deck...
but you seem to be suffering from the basic first deck issues of far to many cards and not enough consistancy.
If you want you can let me know what it is you want the deck to do and I can try to help whittle the deck down into something and can achieve that to some degree.
