oh completely missed that sorry xD, exalted was my second favorite playstyle in magic (that I had actually been able to build) so this deck just brings back good memories.

ever thought of tormented soul? an old exalted I once had made that creature the star of the deck especially with a silverblade paladin >.>

otherwise I love the deck. =] +1

Jace is actually been working rather beastly for me, several games I have won just from his -3 after playing him and he gets 8 very fast in a stalled out game. I won't lie I would prefer one of the older jaces over this one but he is still a very solid card and I probably won't be removing him from the deck any time soon.

yes 22 lands has proven to be a little low sometime (not all the time) and I decided to move it to 24 (dropping 2 thassa) and try again.

the games seem to be spread out. Some games I end up in a control-ish state with keranos zapping creatures/ players until I can pull into something game ending
other times ornithopter goes to town and I win turn 3-4 with just ornithopters
other times scuttiling pulls out a clutch 11 damage for a finish

but there are moments (far more then I like) where i just get out raced/ beat down usually by Mono G, B , R.
as of the 3 standard FNM I've been to I haven't actually played against a U/W control (which I believe should be my hardest match-up).

ANY help with my side board is greatly appreciated.

I got a rather similar deck going, only mine is focusing on the consistency part (or trying to), since I found that you will run out of cards REALLY fast and will be top decking for the rest of the game.

I like the cloudfin raptor it's a nice turn 1 play for this deck, also I don't know how the hammer of purphorous works for you but I never found it all that relevant

with the artifacts your running you might also want to consider Trading Post, it is surprisingly versatile with everything your running it can do some pretty silly things.

http://www.mtgvault.com/sabba5600/decks/almost-affinity-m15/ take a look at mine and tell me what you think =]

hmm on that note.

remove:
Bone splinters (personally I feel there is better options, like tragic slip)
Jund Charm (i like Golgari charm in this slot better)
Capricious effreet (you have better ways of taking care of things in your deck already)
goblin sharpshooter (under performs without death touch)
hellkite overloard (great card but not for token decks better of with token makers)
Ophiomancer (just feels underwhelming to get 1 token a turn if you actually need it)
polis crusher ( just meh)
tymet the muder king (never liked this card)
wild cantor (meh)
so 9 cards that I feel can be replaced with something else.
Tragic slip
Golgari charm
Mimic vat (so damn good)
skull clamp (draw two for killing a token)
Avenger of zendikar (tokens)
blood artist (put those sacrifices to work)
grave pact (field control)
beast master ascension (tokens go rawr)
now for the last slot I was thinking
Ant Queen
Broodhatch nantuko
creakwood liege
any of these seem like they would be good.

well then in that case disregard that last bit, there is always a lot of artifacts/ enchantments on the field then you got the right idea. My play group runs very few of each so it is usually pretty easy to deal with.

do you know which way you would prefer to have your deck work? the Big creatures or the token path?

the real question with Prossh is do you want to go the token route or the non-token route. My deck is a non-token route (it doesn't focus on putting out bazillions of tokens to OHKO someone) both have their merits and of quite fun to play but you usually have to pick one. I see alot of 6+ cmc creatures that don't help produce tokens but have neat effects, and I see several good token producers and rampers but with a mix of both it seems like every turn will be a decision of big creature or little tokens all over the place....
and this isn't even mentioning for 40 million ways to blow up enchantments/ artifacts (way to many) unless you play people that go bonkers overboard with such cards, all you really need is like...5 ways/cards to deal with those things. Just better options that can fill those slots.

Glad I could give you a few ideas, its usually good to just expand on what you already have. Like varolz likes power for less, pity red isn't in his colors all those 7-1 5-1 8-1 creatures that sac at end of turn would be good...does green/black have those?

Type your deck name...It's not reflected on the list here but he is most definitely on my search and find list because you are right he makes all kinds of fodder.

i agree with most of this, but I would keep the serum visions and replace the vexing devils with the gitaxian probes or telling time. I personally am not a fan of steam augury so I would replace that with the probes or telling time as well

I like it a lot better, that card draw should help you filter around for cards just as much as the scry lands. other then that I would look into land fetching or maybe something that can let you play multiple lands at once, or even something that can have the lands come in untapped, the deck is just plain slow even as cool as it works it needs something along those lines. I don't know what to switch or how to balance that in there but I think that would make this deck downright scary.

"Amulet of Vigor" comes to mind.

hmm I see what you mean, the site gives me some strange hands sometimes but seems like it would be entertaining to drop "power plays" every turn after turn 4. on that note I actually don't really like Izzet staticaster in the current set up(feels underwhelming), unless there is an interaction I am missing I would personally switch in out for any creature that can tap to draw you a card or something like that.

as a player of Black, I agree Hexproof is the bane of the Meta. toughness is nothing to get around but hexproof Severely limits the option of removal. Don't ever remove those guys xD

well I got nothing to suggest for this deck but I'll just give it a +1 and feel sad that I will probably never play something like this beautiful piece of magic.

dear baby jesus, o.o so many 1x of things makes me cringe so bad.

looks like it would be fun. Do you actually own this deck? (do you have it built) if so does it even work??

......Grave Titan GOD DAMNIT I just traded one away before putting this deck together. >.<
Now I have to go look for one again. rage!
yes springjack seems a little odd but It could do just the thing. sometimes I am wishing for just one or two tokens to be produced somewhere, and the mana it can "potentially" make can be useful.
thanks =)

deck has changed but I don't have it with me, will have updated version in a few hours

the complete lack of removal in the mainboard has my curious as to how you fair.

you should have like Doom Blade or something.

you would surprised at how unnecessary those cards would be in this deck because one use is not nearly enough against my buddies they always seem to have answers. which is why I have been thinking of something along the lines of Jade Mage, but I wanted something a little lighter on the mana.
