Yeah, Flusterstorm and Wasteland are judge foils, Desertion from Commanders Arsenal, and Capsize a promo for something, just not sure where from.Hadn't seen Riptide Shapeshifter yet, seems kind of cool, and I just hadn't found a spot for Lookout yet but I might do so if I throw Riptide in.I usually only play Niv when I plan on winning, and have either counter magic up or notice everyone else is tapped out, so Lightning Greaves usually does nothing I've found, I may trial it again though.

For your budget it seems quite good.I have an Esper control deck on my page I'm playing in standard also, different approach though.Would you consider increasing your budget over time for the deck?

Haha, I know what you mean, I've only just added the black splash and Psychic Spiral a week ago, until then was closer to U/W Miracles. I've only recently gotten back on here so I've just posted one of each of my decks for each format I play. Thanks for the comment :)

Asceticism doesn't save you from day of judgement... Unless you are referring to having enough untapped mana/your infinite mana combo to regenerate them all.
