Coin flipping is silly
The idea is to draw a bunch of cards and flip a lot of coins. Like, a lot of coins.Since Okaun get a power double every time we win a coin flip we want to flip and win a lot to make him overwhelmingly strong and then send him in on opponents for an ohko. Zndrplst also gives us a wincon by milling ourselves to death with laboratory maniac, or both of them combined can be a potential wincon using Chance Encounter and just being really lucky. The problem with these fellows as commanders is how absolutely random flipping coins is, but hey its a fun concept
