I'd recommend throwing in the different blue fetchlands (at least 8) just so you can be less likely to draw lands later in the game when you don't need to draw lands.Also, It seems you have a lot of counterspells. You should look into another form of removal (outside dismember) in case your opponent is able to successfully cast a creature. Maybe they play multiple in a single turn and you're not able to counter all of them or maybe they cast a creature that cant be countered. I do like your vedalken shackles in there. That's good. Oh, and in case you're playing vs a grave return deck, put Grafdigger's cage into your sideboard.

Do u have a idea of what removal you would like in the deck
Well, first you'd need to put in some watery graves and maybe 1 Urborg just so you have black mana.I looked up what some people thought were good black removal cards in modern. Here's what I got, Slaughter Pack, Go for the Throat, Disfigure, Murderous Cut (i like this one because of delve), and Hero's Downfall (probably not this one because it's double black).What I'd recommend is to proxy some of these cards and play test them with the deck to see if you like it.If you want a board clear, I'd go with Damnation, but again that requires double black so you'll have to find some more black sources.
Some nonblack ones i saw are Plumeveil, Razormane Masticore, and Flame Javelin.
Seems like a lot of lands for a modern deck, maybe cut a couple islands. Possibly increase on the serum visions as a way to have more turn one plays, and another way to get easy value off of jace flashbacks.
