Okay, I'm gonna tell you whats wrong with each of your mill decks soon. I've been away for awhile. But the reason for Savage Twister is the fact that my protection from green and red creatures will ALWAYS survive it.

That isn't the issue.
Okay here's what would happen. Serra Avatar's Triggered ability goes on the stack. Shallow Grave is cast, and put on top of the stack. Shallow Grave resolves, Serra Avatar enters the battlefield. Serra Avatar's Triggered Ability resolves and is shuffled back into the library. Serra Avatar says "Shuffle Serra Avatar into the owners library", It's not the same thing as Emrakul. Emrakul specifically tells you to shuffle your graveyard into your library... where he's not at anymore. Serra Avatar says "When Serra Avatar is put into a graveyard, shuffle Serra Avatar into its owner's library." The triggered ability would still shuffle her back.
The Emrakul combo is different as it says shuffle your graveyard.. Serra Avatar simply says "shuffle Serra Avatar back into the deck". The Triggered ability does not specify graveyard also, Triggered abilities are not stopped by being in a different zone. They're only stopped by having an illegal target/targets.
