You may want to consider Curse of Exhaustion or Arcane Laboratory instead Flamescroll Celebrant. Either of those would combo nicely with your instants. I also think Index or Contingency Plan would work better for you than Enlightened Tutor. They will give you a good chance of pulling what you want to the top while improving your flow.

I will definitely look into that the side board is also going to consist of more cheap counter spells as well to keep the creature there Edit: So I’m more looking for my opponent does nothing I think stubborn denial and spell pierce can get it done
I like the contingency plan idea and index idea. I’m not sure how I feel about the arcane cause it really doesn’t do as much as you would think.
