This deck is all about dominating with an overwhelming amount of Slivers. There is enough ramp, search and draw mechanics to get the Slivers out quickly. I looked at it, and I don't think it will work very well. If I wanted to use a card like that, I'd just play Eladamri's Call. It has the exact same cost AND effect without sacrificing a creature, and honestly, sacing a Sliver in a Sliver based deck is probably the last thing you want to do.
