Community PEDH

PEDH is a format that combines pauper and EDH.
Pauper is a style of playing where you can only use commons (or cards that were common in one of their forms)

EDH is a style of playing where you build a 100 card deck. No cards can be the same, except basic lands (and relentless rats/shadowborn apostle). You choose a legendary, creature to be your commander. You can cast him any time from the command zone paying an extra {2} for each time he's been played. When your commander would leave the battlefield, you may put him into the command zone. See the wiki for the full rules.

PEDH combines the two. You basically play commander, but you can only use commons in the deck. You use an uncommon as your commander. I chose Skymark Roc. I'm not sure if this is an official format, because there was no page for it on mtgsalvation wiki, but I saw a deck like this a while back and decided to make the format well known.

Remeber when suggesting that the cards have to be common, and have a white, blue, white/blue, or colorless identity
