For a first timer you're doing a great job! Consider taking out a few cloudshifts for Armada Wurm :)

Breaking//Entering seems like it would have a place here :)

Have you considered Ephemerate or Couldshift? Restoration Angel is really nice here too.
Also, consider Wall of Omens or Wall of Blossoms

Why 61 cards? also if you do splash black, blood artist and cruel celebrant could help be your pay off as well.

You need more protection for your creatures, [[Blossoming Defense]] and [[Vines of Vastwood]] are both excellent. In terms of lands, [[Pendelhaven]] , [[Inkmoth Nexus]] and [[Botanical Sanctum]] are all great choices to add. I would run 4 x [[Mutagenic Growth]] and switch out [[Giant Growth]] for [[Blossoming Defense]], and then swap some [[Downpour]]s for Vines.

Instead of Whetwheel, try [[Sands of Delirium]], and I'm sure [[Breaking // Entering]] belongs somewhere in this deck for both budget and mill purposes.

You can add Fertile Ground for some more consistency for the times you don't draw Utopia Sprawl.
