Genju of the Realm is the commander for this deck with house rules. I know he is not legal otherwise. I added Child of Alara in SB as a alternate commander.This is my take on a deck like this, no creatures just enchantments to create what you need. It is a fun deck to play not so much against.

Could you perhaps add the how to play this deck section? I am a little confused because there are so many cards and not that many copies... what is the ultimate stradegy here?

This is a EDH (commander) deck, 99 cards, only basic lands can have more than 1 copy. and a Legendary creature as a commander.
Well that's a realy interating ADH deck. I don't play that mode since I just started out but it looks realy funny.
our house rules also allow genju of the realm. basically our house rules say that anything that can become a legendary creature and/or is a legendary creature is legal as a general. the guy in our shop who uses genju actually has a relatively similar build to the one you have here.
I think it is a fun deck to play. I don't know what it is like to play against. The play group isn't to thrilled when i pull this deck out tho.
Debtor's Knell is fantastic. Looks like a pretty good selection :)
What about Sphere of safety? It would shut down people late game.
