4 Lills is a lot, I would cut one for another return.Whispering madness? wheels work wonders with waste not.duress is a good sideboard card for controlI don't know what youre planning on adding in the next 7 cards but green looks like its just going to slow you down atm.

Thanks for the advice. I'm taking green out completely and I've made the lilly change and added whispering madness in as well as dreadbore for hero's to cutdown on the 3 drop.
Np, anything to try and make waste not viable haha, what about hero's downfall or some card draw spells or a combination of the 2?Underworld connections would be good as a 2 of and 1-2 in the SBI dunno just tossing ideas out there to help with control.
The only problem I have with UC is that after proxy testing early builds the extra self damage started to really stack against me. I did take out Shrivan Reef for this reason and left Mana Confluence in there but I'm hesitant to use anything else that gives me self damage. I'll consider those if the next play test proves I need more draw. I think with Whispering madness and Siren though, I should be able to produce card draw reliably. I took Hero's out for the dreadbore because I was really overloaded on 3 drops. The only downfall there is that it's not instant speed, but again I'll have to consider the two options after further playtesting.
