Why don't you add Paranoid Delusions? It can constantly mill.
Love the deck! Why don't you add Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker for constant mill each turn?
I suggest that you take swift warkite for stormbreath dragon. Otherwise this deck is great!
This deck is very creative! Usually I associate R/U with control but I think you did a great job!
Like this deck! I believe you did a great job. I guess you could add in goblin guide and take out Mardu Scout for more agro.

Yeah. I was just saying it would be an alternate option for a card that gives many +1/+1 counters.
Why don't you add Reap What is Sow?. It can be an alternative to Abzan Ascendancy as it can add +1/+1 counters to multiple creatures, therefore beefing up Avatar.
In the Gatherer. You just type in the text or ability and a wide range of cards would come out.
Giving a creature +1/+1 until end of turn isn't very necessary. You probably take them out for spells that give more +1/+! counters such as Reap What is Sown. Hope this Helps!P.S. Why don't you check my abzan deckhttp://www.mtgvault.com/temurman/decks/distributing-counters/
I believe you probably need 2-4 more swamps.
Is it really necessary to have the assault formations? Most of your creatures have the same power and toughness.
You might need some more land to be able to cast the more expensive creatures. Otherwise I think this deck is great!
