This seems like more of a counter deck aside from the enchantments. I would take out some counter spells and but some draw spells in it to trigger the enchantments.

Why do you run final parting. I feel you should get rid of that and then put something in to counter ixalans binding if it's already played. Your not always gonna have the means to counter it so it's good to have a backup.
I would with the exception that this is a budget deck and its a 32$ for 4
