Get hexproof bodies if you're this aura-heavy.

I like the Lawmages. I'd drop the Archons; you don't need a 7-drop.

Alright. Also, you may want to give thought to Supreme Verdict, in case you have to hit the "Oh Shit" button.

I have to ask, when looking at the deck: Is it for Block constructed or Standard? Clarity on that end will help get more proper advice flowing in.

I'll split attention between the two, though:

Block Constructed - Unless you're explicitly tied to the Azorius guild, I'd look into some other cards that could work wonders for you in this deck. Blind Obedience helps immensely in getting the early lock, and combined with your cheap Detain creatures, it gets you to Martial Law without much in the early game pressure. Likewise, Hands of Binding ties well with one of your evasive guys to help you effectively lock down the entire game.

Standard - See the Block Constructed suggestions, and add Invisible Stalkers (to Cipher your Hands of Binding) as well as possibly Dungeon Geists and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage.

Also, one card I missed last night that is just great utility in EDH: Acidic Slime. You can hit him from any sort of creature tutor, and when you absolutely need his effect, 5 mana is never too much to pay.

From your feedback on my comment, the changes I'd make straightaway are:

Out: Spawnwrithe, Death's Presence, Mimic Vat

In: Krosan Grip, Fauna Shaman, Abrupt Decay

Since you asked me to take a looksee here, I'm doing so. Green/Black's not my forte, but I'll see what I can piece out.

I've played around with Spawnwrithe. He's a cute trick, but his fault comes in that he's too innately small to do anything, really. Varolz won't give you the exponential boon if Spawnwrithe's in the bin, either, so you're not getting much from him.

I like Skullbriar, as well, from the command zone, but not so much from a 1 of 99 perspective. Since he keeps his counters, I actually kind of want to see him piloting this deck with Varolz and Corpsejack Menace in the 99 as an engine to enable insane commander damage later on.

Mimic Vat, I don't like for you in this deck. You want to have things hit the bin, not get Exiled under the Vat.

Death's Presence is likewise underwhelming. I almost always wish it was a different card when it comes up in decks I play it in. Sometimes, it gets nutty, but rarely.

Other cards I'm noting that I don't see, but want to:

Fauna Shaman - You want to pitch things to Scavenge them back, and you need tools to make it happen. Fauna Shaman tutors for those tools, and she lets you pitch something you'd want to scavenge up, such as your Death's Shadow or Force of Savagery, for something you want on the board as a unit.

Krosan Grip - You're in Green. This is an absolute must. Instant speed Artifact/Enchantment hate with Split Second, making it uncounterable.

Ring of Kalonia - This goes even moreso if you switch to Skullbriar at the helm, but giving Trample, as well as counters each upkeep if it's green, is a huge bonus.

Abrupt Decay - Even in EDH, you still hit a ton of stuff CMC 3 or less, including some pesky generals. Non-counterable, as well.

Other options:

Triumph of the Hordes - Easiest cheap win you could think of. Overrun for infect. Your group will hate you, or laugh hysterically. One of the two.

Increasing Savagery - This goes moreso if you push to Skullbriar, but the card is nuts. I've Flashed it back on a Gyre Sage and had an absurd level of mana to play with. It goes really well in a deck that brings +1/+1 counters to play.

Worldly Tutor - Simple creature tutor. 1 CMC, easy, Instant speed. Never a dead draw.

It does really help, especially against Kaalia, Aurelia, and the like, especially if the Kaalia player tries to end the game by putting Kaalia out and casting Armageddon to nuke all lands. Instant speed tucking her in response puts everyone on an even field.

If they're playing Blue Counter, I imagine that they're also fitting their way into going off with infinite combos, likely using their generals to find and assemble their pieces? Arcum Dagsson is a prime offender, and Talrand's drakes can be as well...

Tucking the generals they're using to assemble their wincon will force them to dig back until they can pull them out again. Giving them two cards, unless those two cards happen to be Deadeye Navigator and Palinchron, isn't going to help them as much as losing their general hurts.

I really like the synergies you're working with here. There are a few things I could think of, though, that may be welcome additions.

Path to Exile/Swords to Plowshares - You have Dispatch in the list, but lack the other two nice spot exile shots for W. Always helpful.
Oblation - Tucking someone's general usually works in your favor.
Remember the Fallen - Recursion, albeit one time, for a body and an equipment seems like a good fit for what you want to do.

I'd also like to see some Enchantment hate somewhere, because, at least around where I've played, I see Stony Silence thrown into quite a few EDH decks with White in it, both because it screws people who require equipment (which this deck does in spades) over, and because it deters Mycosynth Lattice. You need a way to reliably shoot down the Stony Silence, so you can activate your equips, and having Enchantment hate, in general, prevents crazy things from happening more often than not.

The deck looks fun. I'm looking at your land base, though, and two thoughts come to mind. The first is that you have 34 lands, which seems light, since you tagged your deck as Control. I, personally, would like to see that number go up to 36 or 37, just to make sure you hit your drops.

Second thing is that 29 of your current 34 lands are basics, either Mountains or Islands. I'm not going to tell you to go throw a Steam Vents, Sulfur Falls, and the like into the deck, because the deck, as is, looks really budget. Instead, there are a couple cards you can use that take advantage of your limited amount of non-basics: Blood Moon, which makes all non-basic lands Mountains, and Price of Progress, which Shocks each player for every non-basic land they control. I'd look into those.

No, keep Ethereal Armor, especially if you're thinking of adding more Auras. I shouldn't need to mention why.

And yes, Sirin. Because it's a permanent that grants evasion and lifelink, with the +1/+1 as a bonus. Right now, you have yourself alright with spending 1W at instant speed to give something +2/+2 and lifelink for one turn, which is only a temporary bonus, and gives no evasion, just buff and lifelink.

The list looks solid, and I see that you've gone and put a few "to the throat" cards in, like Serra Avatar and Felidar Sovereign. Personally, I've got some qualms about the latter, just because I've seen the T3-4 win from it. Granted, it's the result of going Sol Ring & Signet T1, which makes anything done from there just bonkers, but the Sovereign can be no fun for the entire table quite easily.

There are other token generators that I really like for this sort of deck which seem to be absent. I'm a fan of Ant Queen, since she's repeatable and does not require tapping to be effective. You're in GW, so you've got the option to land ramp, which makes me like Emeria Angel. Mitotic Slime can get nutty. Wolfbriar Elemental has a multikicker to add wolves. Aura Mutation is nice Enchantment hate that gives you the boon of token production.

You're also making bodies quite quickly, and with that being the case, I would like to see Cathars' Crusade in the list. It goes out of control so quickly in this sort of deck that it's not even funny, unless you're the one playing it.

I'm going to target initial suggestions toward the land base, which is fairly plain at the moment. Whether or not the pun was intended is up to you. Most of these should be fairly inexpensive to pick up as singles.

Mono-white "do something" lands:

Flagstones of Trokair
Mistveil Plains
New Benalia
Windbrisk Heights

Colorless Utility lands:

Ghost Quarter
Kor Haven
Rogue's Passage
Tectonic Edge

Let me know if you'd like feedback on other sections. I'm a fan of playing mono-white EDH.

As a note along with Spin into Myth (as well as Spell Crumple, which is also listed), have you thought of including Tunnel Vision as a way of removing a pesky player from the game? It's a small finite combo that knocks one player out, and you have Mystical Tutor to help assemble it.

That seems like it needs a lot of specific things on board in order to work, since you named Olivia to ping and a Captain has to be onboard.

Yes, when it gets there, it's got potential to be quite fantastic, but in all honesty, if you have a Captain down and Olivia down, wouldn't you be better off spending the 6 mana from pinging your own Alms Beast on pinging and stealing one of your opponent's creatures, to do double duty in clearing out their board and dishing the pain out for you? Granted, that takes seven, but across two turns, as the case would be to get Alms Beast running since it lacks Haste, it's manageable.

Nighthawks replacing Alms Beasts give you another 3-drop option if you miss a Captain, something that can do work offensively or defensively if you need it to (Seriously, leave a Nighthawk back to block and watch how muddy the boardstate gets if they can't remove it. Deathtouch is fun.), it lowers your mana curve slightly, and would leave you fully in tribal, should you come upon a Cavern of Souls or two to add.

I like what you have going on in this deck; my only two suggestions come in the way of land base.

First is pretty simple: Nimbus Maze. I know a lot of people are torn about this one as mana fixing, but I find it helpful, especially in 2-color decks, since if you have an Island, it'll tap for white, and if you have a Plains, it'll tap for blue, giving you what you lack. It's a pretty inexpensive land, for what it does.

The second, admittedly, is less so on the inexpensiveness: Cavern of Souls. You have a heavy concentration of Sphinxes, as well as four other Angel creatures in your list along with your commander, making me think that adding a Cavern, if just for making Bruna uncounterable, would be worth your while. Getting Sublime, Linvala, Avacyn, or Angel of Jubilation uncounterable, as well, seems like a boon that you could enjoy.

No problem. I've given my hand at a few Kresh decks, one with a Devour leaning, and I was interested in seeing how it turned out. I like the list.
