you need more ramp.

switch feral animist for another mana dork and also battle hymn kinda is an awful card. Same with abundant growth

Also you have a very simple infinite combo 2 locusts plus Candelabra of Tawnos creates infinite mana, thespians stage makes the combo even easier

First it would be Bantifest also it needs mastery of the unseen. Also you dont need 4 of every card try to fit in some write into being and some prowess. Also rageform is red

I suggest taking out Cranial Plating and Planar Portal to make it more budget and add in another win scenario

try only three xenagos's and more low mana cost creatures and more lands

blasphemous act would be ridiculous in this deck also you should try adding some cards as proxies for soul fire

it needs to be 60 cards with 24 or 25 lands

you need some amount of ramp to get your general out

Try karametras acolyte or something else that benefits from devotion

i wish she was UW or brago was UB just they were made for one another
