This is a block deck, so the most i could possibly have is 4 blood crypt, 4 rakdos guildgate and 4 rakdos carnarium, two of those not being great. I guess I feel justified in the vulnerable mana base due to the fact that I have an exact amount of black and red in the deck's mana costs. (That was an accident.) Is there any way that without those lands this could work?

No idea, I've used like 6 different DCI cards. Mostly do the casual ones at LGS, dont know if they use DCI for that and im already in the system or if they dont.

This looks really cool. Most rakdos burn decks in modern try to best emulate their boros counterparts as best they can, but this is really unique. i would run kolaghan's command over blightning however.

The deck has been revamped! Thanks to N810, s0rinmark0v, wickdeddarkman, Sunlight, and Quackquackmeow for all the advice. I feel like this is a good block deck now that can really do some work.
