Looks good, but both oath of Kaya and elspeth's nightmare target small creatures. I'd your opponent is not playing those, you've got 7 deadish cards. Obviously, that can do other things, but I might cut a couple.

No problem, glad I could catch that before you bought. Nacatl is great in naya decks though!
You don't have any mountains. Wild nacatl cant get to a 3/3. Unless i'm mistaken it will only be a 2/2 in this deck, while loam lion will be a 2/3.
Loam lion would be better than wild nacatl in this deck.

Not enough creatures. I know a lot of these spells are powerful, but honestly, 4 removal spells, 4 collected company and creatures should be all you need.
And how would you like your slaughter god steak served?
I really like the auto tag idea, but I imagine it would be a huge amount of work to classify every card into it's "role" in a deck. Honestly, anyone who knows reads all the cards in a decklist should be able to tell what each cards role is.

Yeah, This looks better now. I would lean towards a countermagic based strategy, but this works.
This looks sweet, but might be a bit walker heavy. Also, I agree with dknight, too high a curve.
Cranial Plating? Can equip at instant speed for a surprise kill.
