Needs Watery Graves instead of Underground River. Then you can add fetches to make it faster

I like the idea for the deck. (Thanks for your comment on mine) However, I don't understand why Blood Artist is in the deck. Usually you run him when you have sac outlets or massive board wipes ready to go. I am a personal fan of Viscera Seer cause he can set you up for a big play but right now I'd probably go with something along Gray Merchant instead of the B Artists. He will allow you to get a lot of life from the opponent with all of the devotion that you already have on board with your creatures and enchantments.

I'll have to see if I can squeeze Maelstrom Nexus but Hivestone doesn't need to be in my deck for the fact that I only control one other creature that's not a Sliver. Its nice but if I had other creatures in the deck besides Seedborn Muse and Eternal Witness, I'd put it in.
Put Nim Deathmantle in the deck. If you have it and Composite Golem on the field at the same time, you can create infinite mana of every color.

I like the colors of Rakdos, but a suggestion I might make is to venture outside of the RtR block. I just made a Rakdos, Lord of Riots EDH deck and its not perfect but it has a lot of cards that aren't from the RtR block...in fact..it only uses about 5 cards from there.http://mtgvault.com/unearthlysmity1/decks/rakdos-harbinger-of-hell-2/
Yikes! 26 Lands??? I'd replace a couple of Tectonic Edges with 2 Despises. You get more hand removal and you've already got spreading seas which is already a land control card. Also, stoic rebuttal is not that great of a counter card since you don't have a single artifact in your deck (besides the three in sideboard). Phyrexian Revoker is a better choice for control and I'd put Hex Parasite in the side besides Wurmcoil. Otherwise...great deck. I'm thinking about making one myself.
