I feel you need more 1-2 drop creatures as the point of an aggro deck is to well be agressive on the first few turns, scarhide and tormented hero are two great one drops. Not to sure on two drops, but you could add mutavaults(if you don't have theres no point as they rotate in 3 months) Lilly of the dark realms is just bad should could probably be something betterI would say you have 21 open slots if you got rid of your enchantments, lilly, des demon and feeding. +4 gnarl scarhide+4 tormented hero+4 rakdos cackler+3 mogis's marauder+4 thoughtseize+2 hero's downfallbut that's just my take on it.

Yeah Gnarled Scarhide is a great one drop, Spiteful Returned is an amazing two drop creature. I'd say the Heralds are redundant since you're running Master of the Feast. Check out my standard tournament deck I've got posted. It started as something similar to this and evolved into a nasty very traditional Suicide Black deck.
Reworked it to be fully enchantment based :)
I'd still say drop the Heralds or only run two of Herald, Fate Unraveler, and Master. Also 3 Hall of Triumph isn't a good idea cause it's a legendary so if you've got 3 that's just 2 pointless cards if you have on out. I'd suggest running 2 of that as well.
