This has potential I would be a bit concerned that you don't have enough land in your deck though. You could easily get screwed over if you have next to no land in the beginning of a game and you can only mulligan so many times.

I agree. I put in a lot of mana generating artifacts which have seemed to work. I have yet to be mana screwed with the deck, although that could just be luck of the card draw..
