Goblin Deathraiders (Shards of Alara) Flavor: Every once in a while, when they aren't getting incinerated in lava, crushed under rock slides, or devoured by dragons, goblins experience moments of unmitigated glory in battle.

However I think Jace's Phantasm, Mind Sculpt and Thought Scour would help. I'll be losing out by having to remove some cards at the same time :/
You're missing the point of index, it sets up Temporal Mastery's quite easily and allows me to be able to use Visions of Beyond or cards like it without having to worry about picking up a miracle card in the middle of my turn. I think I could use some more drawing power possibly but I'm able to sort my upcoming moves with so many cards that I'll generally have what I want and always make miracle available to me.

I may have to add in another Vapor Snag. And I was thinking about throwing in devastation tide, just in case things go bad. I almost feel like its too situational and might hinder me more than anything. I'm sitting on the fence with that one :/

Used to be restricted, not anymore. And it's more of a combo, if you can pull out the goblins you need it works quite well. Goblin Lackey first turn attack thats a second turn Siege. Used to be pretty big. I'm sure there's more that can work around that too. Goblin Recruiter is one of the only big ones I can think of that is restricted right now.
Perhaps Divine Deflection would be a card worth looking into? Otherwise cool deck!

I might work Goblin Grenade in there somehow. But the reason I do not have Goblin Chieftain or Goblin Wardriver in is becuase it's Pauper Format, so I can only have commons in my deck. Thank you for your suggestions though! :)
You might want to add Buried Alive to make it more effective. Otherwise, cool deck reanimation is always dirty and fun!
