you might want to add a set of llanowar elves to at least speed things up because u seem to have nothing to do but put down land in the first 2 turns.

how often do you find yourself having 6 or more swamps? Corrupt could be of great use here

I have playtested it and it is a load of fun. It may not be the fastest deck around but it gets the job done. You'll be dealing a lot of unblocked damage and beating your opponent with his own creatures. Imagine stealing a Darksteel Colossus or another fatty for the win =)

you could use more low casting creatures like Bile Urchin for a more deadly combo with Devouring Greed. Another nice spirit is Thief of Hope, which will make your opponent bleed, Ashen-skin Zubera for discarding. Then there is nameless inversion which you can use to destroy your opponent's small creatures and still trigger playing a spirit. check out my green black spirit deck:

i use diabolic edict to get rid of shrouded creatures. just wipe out all other enemy creatures then cast it when the shrouded creature is singled out. here's my assassin deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=20672

since its a mono deck and there are 4 dark rits, 18 is actually just the right amount of swamps. i've played the deck before with 20, and bringing it down to 18 hasn't showed any noticeable slow downs
