No offense, but what is the point of this deck? If you are trying to utilize koth then I would reccomend skred red, but if you are just trying to do metalcraft I would look towards affinity for some nice pointers.
Mindslaver + academy ruins
I recommend splashing blue for the infinite mindslaver combo
Maybe adaptive automaton since it does have a tribal theme
Pyromancer's goggles lets you duplicate red instants and sorceries. It lets you draw 4 off tormenting voice while only discarding 1(since the discard is a cost when casting).
Why so many lands? you aren't running many high cmc cards. I would personally run 20-21 lands myself.
The city of ass isn't legacy legal. I had to learn this when i built a legacy deck that used mox lotus. It is from a joke set, so if you want this to be a casual deck then by all means keep it in.
Why not use overgrown battlement or axebane guardian over the wall of roots? they generate a lot more mana
but exceptions can be made
