I would drop both giselas for 2 more vexing devil. It is just a better early game threat and you don't want to draw out a game that long.

Have you thought of putting the white artifact that slows the opponent from attacking to help stall out games?

I would drop the plummets, the lightning strike, and the clip wings and put in 4 lightning bolt

Move surgical to sideboard and put in 2 more path. It is way too situational of a card to keep mainboard

Also, I would drop the green since you can't reliably get it out every game.

And it is easy to board out

I can cast it under blood moon which it horrific for this deck.

I would recommend dropping black vise for shrieking affliction and also adding more discard to the deck.

Lost Legacy is a sideboard card and strix isn't legal in modern (sadly).

Axebane Guardian + Overgrown Battlement + Carven Caryatid = a ton of mana and devotion fodder

If you drop sol ring and put in something like the mox cards then this could be a legal deck in legacy/vintage

And it gives you kolaghan's command and chandra, pyrmaster (which is considered on of the best chandra planeswalkers)

You could go Grixis and add Fevered Visions.

Honestly a mono red (or reg green) land destruction deck with multiple blood moons would work just as good if not better.

Is this supposed to be a real deck?

I have played the deck in person and it is just so difficult to do. And sylvan advocate is an ally that triggers etb abilities and pumps man lands (which you should have regardless).

I would drop the cub and the reservoirs for more removal. Overall, adding green for sylvan advocate and better sideboard pieces could be a very good option.
