This deck does scream for a plasm capture or two.

What do you bring Auralia in against?

What about Prime Speaker Zegana? I think she would be better than Niv Mizzet, opportunity and jace's Ingenuity. Also, you might want to consider tossing in a couple copies of Leyline of Anticipation. Flashing in uncounterable fatties seems pretty damned good. I would also look into some counter spells. Plasm Capture might have a spot here.

If you want to go with the dragon theme, Cavern of Souls (i think) is also very very good.

...interesting...I would swap the elspeth out for it. Jace filters through the deck to well to give up.

Good build. I run a similar deck (Esper instead of straight u/w), but have tuned it towards playing against aggro and midrange. The addition of black gives me quite an edge against the more aggressive builds (like the bane of u/w, G/R monsters), though I do have to play a more aggressive game against control builds like yours... The full esper hurts my mana base and makes the deck mulligan much worse, but I have fewer bad match ups. My only advice would be to either splash red (for stronger control match ups) or black (for stronger aggro or mid-range match-ups)and sideboard some threats against the g/r monsters and super fast aggro builds.

I also like mainboarding more diverse win cons....maybe add in aetherling and remove one elspeth.

Im confused. What is with the attitude? I am trying to help you refine the deck. Scion is much weaker to removal than assemble. Yeah, most decks sideboard a pair of enchantment removal spells...but almost every deck packs removal for creatures main board.

Also, just because I didn't pat you on the head and tell you good job doesn't mean that I'm not being constructive. Critiquing is objectively viewing something and then pointing out its strengths and flaws. This deck has very few strengths and a whole lot of flaws. I was trying to be nice and suggest some ways to make the deck more reliable, but I guess you don't want to know how to make it better, you just want somebody to hold you by the hand and tell you that it is perfect just the way it is....its not. Also...spell check is a thing...

sorry for getting worked up...but come on...there is no need to be rude to me. I was trying to help. Also, I would still like to see that scientific proof you were citing earlier.

I like elixir as a back up in case all your win cons are answered...its like a reset button. I would play it more like u/w splashing black, its a more efficient build

I'd disagree. I've never been one to use it, but I've seen it finish games on far too many occasions for it to be considered a trap.

Watery Grave is a great addition if you can get your hands on it. Also, check out Phenax on the spoiler.

I also forgot to mention assemble the legion. Its a much more efficient 5 drop than scion of vitu-ghazi. Don't forget that statistical data, I really am interested in it.

Its easy to remove creatures. Doom Blade, Heroes Downfall, or even Ultimate Price.

I like where you're going but I think you would be better served playing the deck in a more Grundy slow style. Try dumping the bigger mill spells (or at least traumatize and all but one or two abberations), things like the tome scours, and the weakest defenders (door keepr and murmuring phantasm) for more removal. Add in 3 more mill stones for win conditions and then I think you will be much better off.

I always loved the empires regalia. Try using more tutors. I'd suggest fabricate, rune scarred demon, and diabolic tutor. If money is no option try demonic tutor, enlightened tutor, or vampiric tutor.

Well...id trim the maindeck down to 60 and try to peak the curve at a cmc of 3. Try to make sure all your spells are good draws. In addition, if you have access to blue card draw wins the game for the control deck...so focus on that and removal.

Yup...i would use lifelink creatures in combination with archangel of Thune. That's really the only half way viable lifegain strategy.

Ack! Too many cards. Try to keep the maindeck at 60. Also, lotleth troll and valroz should be included for maximum efficiency.
