Building a deck with a name relating to the gotei 13 eh? You need at least one Day of Judgment somewhere.

You need more creatures, some Sorin, Lord of Innistrad's.... You know what, I have a similar deck to this. Check it out: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=348636

Agreed. Wild defiance+Pump Spells+Ichorclaw Myr+Glistner Elf=Half a green infect deck right there. In this deck, you have less than a third of your creatures with infect.

You do know that war report would gain him/her massive amounts of life? It counts creatures and artifacts, so it counts each artifact creature twice.
E.G. SpaceManatee is playing a burn deck. The opponant is tapped out and SpaceManatee is at two life. He/she has a Myr Superion, 2 palladium myr and a Myr battlesphere and the 4 tokens from it. If space manatee would cast War Report here, he would gain 14 life, putting him/her at 16, giving him/her the turn he/she needs to break through the opponants several goblin chump blockers.

I've been debating about buying a Razorverge Thicket or two to replace a forest. The Day of Judgment and Elspeth are leaning on the edge of messing up my mana balance. I really want to keep my Dual lands to a minimum with all of the basic fetching I have though.

I'd recomend more Silverhearts. I assume based on your deck that your metagame is decently low on removal. If this is the case, Silverhearts are the way to go. If there is more removal however (Such as is my metagame. I know, I'm a Removal spammer.) Vorapede needs to take the 5-drop spot for green. Also recomended is more Cavern of Souls. I could never afford these, and they are a bit difficualt to accuire, but they do the job excellently. If I were you, I would also cut a Garruk for either a Gideon or Elspeth, just for diversity and adaptability. If It wasn't for the Champion of The Parish, I'd also advocate cutting the Pilgrims in place of Some Birds of Paradise.
Just my two cents.

Also, any input for my deck here would be appreciated. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=348636

Once M13 is released, I strongly suggest that you change this into a UB Vamp deck. As it is, it seems excellent but not for my metagame. Might not matter in your metagame, but I'd recommend a bit more burn.

If you would check out my deck, it would be appreciated.http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=348636
And +1 like.

Add two more of each removal spell to your sideboard until you have something better to take their place.

Well for one I have a Sliver deck(WIP) and I've noticed that you might want to cut some colors due to mana restrictions. GRW are the best sliver colors.

I could. What would you reccomend cutting? The deck works extremely well as it is, but I might Replace the Township with another plains.

Drop the bone splinters. You don't have enough creatures. More early game is needed, a quick deck can have you at 6 life before you cast anything that can interrupt their plans

Add more Emmissaries, drop the Elves, add Birds, you only need one Sheoldred, lose Death Wind and Lair Delve, get yourself real removal and you need more land.

If it doesn't use tournament rules, it isn't tournament quality. Plus it would be totally not fun to play against.

Grave Titan is great, but as was said before it's a lot less intimidating with 1/1 zombies.
