Look into treasure cruise. UR Aggro has been using play sets since it's release. Great card advantage.

Oh ok so it would be used against Pestermite tokens?

I'd much rather have Engineered Explosives or Ratchet Bomb than Illness in the Ranks.

Bojuka Bog!
Nihil Spellbomb or Relic of Progenitus in SB.

I didn't even consider the extent of the mana fixing he'd undergo if Crime was included. Nevermind haha great build by the way

What do you think about "Grisly Salvage". Dumps cards and has nice advantage in 'yard builds.

What are your thoughts on "Raven's Crime"?

Maybe "smother" in the sideboard in case for manlands?

True. I was really torn between the two. I assumed the built in recursion of my creatures was enough to stop burn, but then they'd just direct their spells at me once I equipped Fire and Ice. Countering burn was the reason for the +3 life from Light and Shadow. Plus I can get my wincons back just in case they're all dead. Getting 'Crawlers back and feeding the Toll all over again would be huge.

Fire and Ice only appealed to me because of the cantrip really, since 2 damage wasn't enough for me to pull the trigger on it. But Fire and Ice is on my buylist for sure. I'll be play testing with both for sure.

'Bolt and Loot and crucible are just great cards. I actually considered Jund over Rock and talked to some folks for reference. The mana base for splashing red, though not all the time, can hose the pilot since it needs to be fixed while Rock seems to run a bit smoother. I'm just a bit persnickety about things like that haha

The deal with Arena is some form of draw, and most players say it's the next best thing after Confidant and can't be hit with most removal.

The prowler is to just cheat my recursions into the 'yard. They are a nice aggro creature in my opinion. Most players that forget about card advantage make the common misconception to actually DISCARD a card of theirs to "weaken" her. It's actually best to take the 'bolt to the face than help this deck finish it's job for it hehe

I'll definitely consider your post since the meta has seriously changed since the rise of Delver along with the many Burn builds already out there. Confidant is on the sidelines and making a move to a more Jund theme may be for the best.

My apologize if this has been brought up, I've tried reading through all the comments but as you know there are a crap ton.

Anyway:
1) Have you considered Bojuka Bog or any form of disruption coming from a land?
2) Manlands? Raging Ravine or Mutavault (synergy w/ 'Crawler)?

With some assistance, I began with a Rock shell but centered the build around Bloodghast, Gravecrawler, and Lotleth Troll as well. I would like to have a play set of 'goyfs one day but until the funds are accrued, I'm going to keep dreaming.

It's cool to see other players noticing how great these 3 creatures are, especially when used in the same deck.

To get things started, this is some what of a budget deck. Hence the missing 'goyfs and other pieces. The way it's setup now works like a charm too. These cards are extremely playable as a result of being less than popular in the modern meta.

Thanks for the comment.
You make a good point. Master's drawback is a lot worse in this meta than compared to standard. I was hoping the shear aggression would be enough to finish my opponent. I'll definitely consider another option.

I forgot to mention that I have Vines in order to stop Paths or any type of removal in modern.

I really want Torpor Orb as a sideboard option. At this point, it's basically a prerequisite for this meta. Problem is, it inhibits Experiment One.

Should I replace them for another 1/1; Skarrgan Pit-Skulk?

I like what's happening in the deck. March flats or fetid heath to balance mana better?

Feeder is a pretty awesome card. I considered it for this deck, but doing so would knock it out of Modern.

I enjoy Blood Artist and always look for some way to break him, I know it's out there and this combo is close to it. +1
