hymn to tourach seems unneeded. assuming that turn 2 or 3 u will start destroying lands, they will have already likely played all the lands from their hand. once they have little or no land, they will start discarded at the end of their turn anyway, so it seems like a wasted slot. you could replace them with chainer's edict, gatekeeper of malakir, or something of the like. Also with little to no mana, they shouldnt be playing many creatures, so i have to agree that do or die is unbefitting of the deck.

I have a red/blue version of this, My record is killing 7 opponents creature in one turn (using Pemmin's aura) and deathtouch. swarming isnt an issue. pemmins aura also gives shroud protecting from control. Hes right I play against some amazing decks, and I slowly and painfully kill my opponent 1 damage at a time.

i have 2 infect decks that I absolutely LOVE. I win turn 2-4 almost every game. Infect is best to be played fast and deal 10 damage ASAP. This deck is simply too slow and allows other players time to draw answers. I'm not saying it cant win, U R just giving ur deck more time to get countered. Check mine out here:http://www.mtgvault.com/awetfloor/decks/infect/ ; http://www.mtgvault.com/awetfloor/decks/infect-version-2/

that would fit into the deck, I just dont know where. everything else offers specific things, like if I am forced to discard, I have an answer, trying to make me sacrifice, I have an answer, have a artifact/enchantment, I have an answer. It fits the protection theme, but I dont know what i could take away to fit a 5 drop....

This your your deck, and what I would do with it, take what you like from it. there is nothing wrong with running 2-3 of a card, it gives you more variation, I prefer running 3-4 because it is consistant. I would remove Kiku, because the ability is expensive for what it does, and garza because you need to sac him for his ability, and its a non-black creature. add at least one more flesh allergy since it is a win-con. Only trying to help brother!

I really like the deck idea here, and as a tribal player I can say assassin was not one I ever thought of. Very nice card selection, I do however recommend running 3's or 4's of the cards you really need, because if you only have 1 of something, you will almost never draw it. This deck also has a very low mana curve, and there is no need for more than 20 mana. try 16 swamp, 4 caverns. Since flesh allergy and shriveling rot are part of your win con, you should definately have 3 or 4 of each. Hope this helped!
