An infect deck using exalted and equipment/enchantments and rafiq's ability to dish out death as soon as turn four. I'm on an $100 budget, so I can't get expensive lands and/or staples
Use the infect on something and have exalted and double strike with enchantment/equipment do the hard work.

Do you have any card suggestions? I have players at my LGS that don't have money restrictions on their decks. Also can you please keep them recent?
