Always wanted to make an infect Commander deck. Originally wanted to make a Mimeoplasm one because of the spread of infect creatures in the colors making it stacked with infect...but my brother beat me to it. Copy Cat.(Luv YA bro! :) Soooo The death dragon was the only other way to go. Hopefully this one can stand up in 1 VS 1 and multi player and of course beat my brothers accursed infect deck. One things for sure the duels will be quick lol.
Knowing I will be the first target to get rid of once my commander is revealed I tried to incorporate several options to help fend off multiple attacker. Discard cards, Board Wipes/destroy creatures, Mega Mana Generators, Draw cards and of course poison counters are what I was going for. Dawn of the Dead allows me to be aggressive with my infect creatures and bring them back one turn at a time. Blood chief ascension along with Exsanquinate allow my to keep my life points up from the barrage that I would face. Opponents who are being overly aggressive with card usage will be kept in check with losing the rest of their hand with discarding. Cabal and the Extraplanar lens keeps mana onhand to do as I please and keep my commander alive and well. Caress of Phyerexia is there to finish off opponent s who have counters already, multiple board wipes with rise of the dark realms in the mix. There are multiple ways to play this deck even if Skittles is taken out the picture.Side board is there for undecided cards that I wanted to put into the deck so if there are any that you feel should be there let me know. Imp's Mischief is great in mono-black especially if you have a commander everyone guns for. There's been so many times I've saved a game by turning a counterspell back on itself or redirecting a removal spell back to the caster, etc. You can even use it to redirect auras onto your dudes. I've stolen a Eldrazi Conscription more than once. Expedition Map lets you tutor up Cabal Coffers. Caged Sun is probably worth a slot, too. Mana doublers are amazing in mono black.Since you don't seem to be on too tight of a budget I'd replace Sign in Blood with Necropotence. It's the best draw spell in the format,Myriad Landscape doesn't really take up a deck slot, and it turns into two swamps.

Excellent Suggestions! I would like it to be as budget as possible I know 4 cards cost nearly $100 and realized it afterwards. What would you suggest to replace them? Phyrexian Obliterator, Blightsteel Colossus, & Gauntlet of Power are killing me in cost. Sorry to keep asking but your magic knowledge is off the chain! I checked out some of your decks and I especially like the White Black one. 30 apostles for free if that certain card is out? Love it!
