Jace is just reprinted, same with Liliana and Ajani. Garruk and Chandra are the only new ones.

Yeah I have one suggestion. The new Chandra will be out in 2 weeks, replace this one with the new one.

First, cut it down to 60 cards, with 23 - 24 land. You want to make an extort deck? Focus on that, keep some removal, but get rid of stuff that will not help you extort your opponent.

Just read Detention Sphere. The ruling on the card is very clear... Kinda funny and ironic telling me to read the whole question when you can't read the whole card :)And not my deck is my answer, I was giving it to you every time. It's not my deck, I don't know what the other win cons are...:)

Well at least you found out here before making a deck based totally around that tactic.... And then finding out in the middle of a game.... It is an interesting idea though....
No it wouldn't because you are not casting the spell, you are copying it. Read the card. Guttersnipe would do 2 damage initially, but then all the copies wouldn't count.
There are way too many spells for any opponent to deal with, trust me. I know firsthand. The Cyclops / Guttersnipe combo is the worst. Another great combo someone showed me was Soulbinding Nightshade Peddler and Izzet Staticaster.
