Basically, I wanted a bit of an Aggro Rakdos deck, but didn't want to invest too heavily in the aggro aspect. I left some heavy hitters in and a lot of removal if things don't go my way early game.
The dream is obviously to drop a Cackler turn one, unleash, and then throw down a Shred-Freak for a quick 4 or to drop a Zealot to take advantage of its first strike. The first goal is aggro, drop the one and two drop creatures and with the help of some cheap removal, (Dreadbore and Auger Spree) win that way. If that fails, my Nighthawks can pick up the defense with deathtouch and possibly leach away some life in the process! From there, just keep putting out creatures and chipping away at your opponent's hand and life with Annihilating Fire and Rakdos's Return. If all else fails, drop a Hellsteed, Demon, or Rakdos, take a big bruiser with Traitorous Instincts and overload Mizzium Mortars to secure the victory.
