I think that honor of the pure maybe a good addition to this deck.

Slagstorm doesn't hits creatures with hexproof. The card says that slagstorm deals damage to the creatures and not the whole field.

Add parallel lives because it doubles the amount of tokens that are produced. Also midnight haunting and doomed traveler would also help with producing tokens.
I have played it and the mana is never a problem because everything cost 3 mana or less to cast. I'm usually dropping either a delver or stromkirk everytime on turn one.
I don't think that sorin markov is needed is this deck because of the 3 swamps needed to cast him. Your deck should already have defeated your opponent or be close to doing so and sorin just doesn't provide any help because his best ability with probably be useless when you cast him. Also stensia bloodhall is not a good land to have because its ability cost five man to do 2 damage. I use to have both stensia and sorin in my vampire deck and they slowed my deck down alot. I would take out sorin markov and stensia bloodhall and out in 2 blood seekers because when ever a creature enters the battlefireld under your opponents control they lose a life.
I think instead of deathmark maybe mana leak because either you counter it or you use up more of their mana for them to pay its cost. I also think maybe a frost titan or two because of the abilities of frost titan. Being able to tap permanants and increasing the cost of spells that target frost titan to use up more mana is great. I'm thinking about putting sword of body and mind in this deck to get the token on the field as well.
