play 4 Leonin Skyhunter instead. A flying knight is great drop 2 Honor of the Pure for 2 Day of Judgement. You need these to clean the board if you're in trouble, and with exemplars out, your knights are safe
take out the 4 elite vanguard, he's a soldier not a knight. you have 4 1 drop students and a lot of 2 drops anyway

the arid mesa and marsh flats are good for deck thinning purposes in a mono-colored deck, but I wouldn't play 8, maybe just 4, and add in the Sejiri Steppe and Emeria the Sky Ruin and i agree with the Brave the Elements and Day of Judgement. You should definitely find a place for a few of each. maybe try Elspeth Knight Errant... +3+3 and flying on a double-striking knight is game over :-)

I would put the white back in and play the steppe lynx instead of the Cosi's Ravager. Steppe lynx is a great card first turn and with explore on turn 2 you can drop 2 land out to pump him up And think about maybe playing squadron hawk as well. I know he's not a landfall creature, but he keeps your hand full of cheap creatures and with 4 Adventuring Gear you're sure to be able to attach one to give him the landfall ability too

and the Baloth Woodcrasher is a good finisher and is uncommon so will fit in with your budget theme
suggest maybe some Explore to play more lands each turn and Khalni Heart Expedition so you can have an instant speed landfall trigger when you need it the most

where are the Serra Ascendants? Go for more life gain and get above 30 as soon as you can to activate the Serra Ascendants

why 1 Everflowing Chalice? Are you planning to Trinket Mage for the Chalice then sac it with the Shape Anew for the Blightsteel? I like the deck and have wanted to do something like this with the Shape Anew / Blightsteel combo.
