I am really sorry to tell you this, but in the MtG Comprehensive rules, it says that a permanent is defined by its type being either Creature, Enchantment, Artifact, Land, or Planeswalker... Sadly the Pikachu is not any one of those so it is quite flawed because you cannot put . Nice try though :P (Sorry, my judge instincts must tell you this) And honestly other than that it would be legal...
I likes it... I saw your other CoA deck, and this one has a better kill... Against jund they could just side in Hemorrhage and wipe out your other deck's killcon. Your side is kinda' hard to put into after the first game... This is what I was thinking for popular decks: Control (Including Fog): +4 Thought Hemorrhage, +4 Negate, -4 Lightning Bolt, -4 Viscera Dragger Jund: +4 Anathemancer, +3 Flashfreeze, -4 Viscera Dragger, -3 Lightning Bolt Two other popular decks are Goblins, and Vampires, so I think you should put infest into your side.

TAPS lands????? Have you even read the card? It REMOVES CARDS FROM THE GAME.... And the second ability would go on the stack above the first if you kill it in responce to its first abitlity going on the stack.... making everything return before its removed and then all the dammed lands r deadsauce

59 cards? Add 2 more lands, take out 2 Honor of the pure, and put in 1 Negate.
Run about 24 lands, and then cut down many of the cards to make it more consistant.
If only this was like youtube, and you could report for spam... I would add more lands, and definantly 4 Necropolis. And if you want to use high drops, make this control and put in things like blightning and fallout.
Ahh... I would have thought that if they wanted to do something like that they wouldn't put it on a card; just put it on the website, and change the rules when new cards types come in. Tyvm though.
