What do I take out for it?
Drop the Inquirys and Valakuts for 3 Mountains, and 4 Raging Goblins. Then, drop the 2 Slaughter Crys for 2 Mark of Mutiny. Goblin decks are supposed to be extremely fast... Also, drop the 2 Torch Slingers and 1 Siege-Gang Commander for 3 Earthquake.
All I can say whenever I see a rat deck is.. PULSE.
Why use beseech the queen? This is legacy... run some non-6 drops...

Personally I enjoy the more reliable one with tutors that is actually Vintage legal... but just because there is a video on YouTube does NOT mean that the guy on YouTube is some kind of genius... There is no way that the YouTube dude thought of this deck first...

NEVER take out the infultrators. They are one of the best bant cards you could possibly get. And if you are working on budget then all i can say is not to shabby... Great success! High five!
