Deck Description

First and foremost. This is not my deck build. This deck is credited to Tolarian Community College's build of the deck. Which you can find here.: I did make some changes to his build and by changes, I mean I have Sarkhan Unbroken VS Sarkhan the Mad. Yes this is a net deck. But it was the first deck I put a lot of energy into buying the parts for. I have since gotten better (see my Karlov or Slivers deck)

I still don't have Skittles or Kokusho but instead have replaced them in the mean time with Dragonlord Silumgar and Descent of the Dragons (which has a nice little combo with Karrthus)

I started playing Magic in Jan. of 2016, my friend, who introduced me to magic bought me a pack of Dragons of Tarkir and that's when I found out that Dragons exist in this exciting world of Magic. I've always loved Dinosaurs, Kaiju (like Godzilla), and Dragons. I first started a deck around Ojutai soul of winter, but better learned that the best Dragon Commander (IMO) is Scion of the Ur-Dragon (second only to maybe Prossh) and it was set. When I got my tax return for 2015 I bought a copy of scion based on a deck I saw that now looking back am glad I didn't build.

This deck is nostalgia for me. Brings me close to my childhood and everything I ever loved about Dragons.

There isn't a lot of life gain or removal in this deck.
