I think it could be fun to play, I will probably try it since I already own most of those cards

any deck with removal would destroy this deck
any burn deck would destroy it as well
most agro would as well
you would only stand a chance vs a deck that required time to build up and doesn't have any early removal(then the deck is playable, but not agressive ennough

having no land slows your deck a lot and makes it vulnerable to most agro deck

no the best in this deck as it wont evolve that much with a lot of small elf
maybe add 2 more chancelor and only keep 1 gyre sage
It would give you more evolve capability and more ramp on turn 0

personally i would add more land, it would increase the speed of you deck if you have 1 or 2 land in hand to begin the game.
You could also exchange Elvish Spirit Guide for Chancellor of the Tangle. It's not an elf, but it would serve the same purpose and would give you reach, you wont have to sacrifice a card in your hand(only show it) and you will be able to cast it easily with all your ramp

If you want to remove all land, Chancellor of the Tangle is still a good card to replace those 2 forests

yeah almost nothing has the potential to make it evolve in the deck, in that case it would be better to have
-Fyndhorn Elves, Boreal Druid or Priest of Titania

as a draw mechanic you could use Snake Umbra or Triumph of Ferocity
you probably can reduce the number of godsire to 2 as I assume you are planning to play them using behemot
Mayael seems also expensive to activate with no garantee you place something in the field

Typhoid Rats would bring you an additional rat and it would be a good blocker since it has deathtouch
otherwise Tragic Slip is always a sure bet in black -13/-13 instead of doomblade since you are likely going to sacrice a rat to block

maybe elvish piper, usually it's combined with big creatures to make cheap to cast, but everything in your deck is CMC 4 or less
Example of my deck using the piper : http://www.mtgvault.com/coldbeer666/decks/elf-ramp-up/
you could also replace nissa's chosen since it's doesn'T have a tap ability to combine with umbral

playing a deck like this is very dangerous for any mass removal like day of judgement

but if you want to play it, you could add Umbral Mantle with the archdruid and all those elf, it creates an infinite mana, infinite tap ability of all your creature and infinite +2/+2 counter on your creature that has a tap ability

So you end up attacking the oponent with 10 creature with infinite power and thoughness and maybe infinite number of elf token
