Had this idea from a Standard deck tested by Frank Lepore and wanted to make a Modern budget(cards costing less then 5-6$ each) version of it
http://www.mtgvault.com/coldbeer666/decks/unexpected/

any suggestion to make it better before i order the card for it?

Your mana curve is high, you would need some ramp or some smaller creature

you don't have any creature you can cast below CMC 4, since you can't really cast Nighthowler with 0 creature in graveyard

I would switch
- Pharika's Cure
- Read the Bones

for something like Rampant Growth that would help you cast your Gorgon faster

Does wither stack, like Exalted does with Sublime Archangel?

Even Casual, you could switch Infest for some card that would make you discard something you dont want to see in play against you, like duress, thoughseize is really expensive. It's more about adjusting your sideboard so you can face deck that would break yours.

That is true and it is a good reason to sideboard Contengion Engine if you face indestructible oponent

I would say card with high CMC are hard to play in Modern Constructed unless you have a solid way to ramp there
this is an example that can get huge creature out

I've lost every match except 1 with this zombie deck that I though was solid
http://www.mtgvault.com/coldbeer666/decks/zombies/

counterspell and flying killed me faster then I could spawn zombie
also hard core combo that killed me in turn 4-5, the guy casted 23 spell in a turn ending with grappleshot

You have to expect control in modern tournament, burn deck and hardcore combo
Your deck deals with creature pretty well, but would not do much vs a spell deck
You have no draw or gainlife ability, so if someone counter your key card or do a board wipe once your hand is empty, then you will likely lose
but I dont know it might be fast ennough with crypt ghast, on turn 5, you have 10 mana, so you have alot of options with expensive card
-Sudden Soiling and Massacre worm
basically I think if you can place your ghast in play, you might be able to win

CMC6, a great card is contagion engine, it place a -1/-1 to all creature your oponent have and then you can proliferate twice for 4 mana

Could Dark Ritual be replaced with Crypt Ghast?
I think it's the only card making it not modern and dark ritual is a one time deal

and maybe you could switch something with high cost for Bloodghast
this creature would deal -2/-2 if you have corosive Mentor and keeps coming back everytime you play a land

increasing the corosive Mentor to 4 would help to make sure all your black creature have wither

I would reduce the CMC 6 creature unless you can cast them more easily with the Crypt Ghast

Otherwise, really nice deck

Whoa Thoughtseize 60$ each, maybe there is another option to make the deck cheaper like Distress or Blackmail
Blackmail work fine if you keep it until your oponent has 3 cards in hand

Nice deck, I like the Hearthless Summonning combo

Maybe you could fit
Geth, Lord of the Vault
Big Game Hunter

Cryptic Command has a draw effect
path to exile can be use for ramp in some situation where you exile your blocker that would die anyway
Snapcaster Mage let you recast from the graveyard which is even better then drawing, you choose what you want
Restauration Angel let you reuse the Snapcaster Mage abity in addition to save a blocker by flickering it at the right moment
Sphinx's Revelation , is a good draw, but requires a lot of mana to be worth it, that's why I have 1 and 1 sideboard
Angel of Serenity with all the control I have, I'm expecting the oponent board will have less then 3 creature and I will target my own creature in my graveyard to bring them back in my hand, I can even flicker the angel to get 3 more card

Overall, I think there is ennough draw or reuse from graveyard, I placed 2 think twice in sideboard, but I think the deck is solid now

ok I see
When the creature enters the battlefield, the trigger goes on the stack and you can add clouldshift to the stack which will resolve before the trigger

Thank for the clarification

It's an interesting mecanic, however i would need to change many card for the combo to happen often ennough, I did add Supreme Verdic and Sphinx's revelation and create a real sideboard(I only had bunch of card that didn't make the selection after finding better cards)

Caudron of soul doesn't fir
gives persist to your creaure, the creature comes back with a -1/-1 while a lot of those creature have 1 thoughness when at lvl 0
and it will lose all level it had which is bad

However Proliferate would works on Level counter, i didn't thought it would, but it's a counter so it levels up all creature at once

I added Throne of Geth

How do you make it leave play before the 1rst ability resolve?
When enter the battlefield trigger happens
so how do you make it leave the battlefield before it enters it?

I replaced the render silent with Dissipate it does the same purpose and it's only blue to cast

I might place 1 angel of serenity, but it's expensive to cast, can't have too many

for fiend hunter, it's a 1/3 exiling a creature, but it wont do much damage, and if it dies the creature return on the battlefield

I might remove Flickerwisp as it doesn't have flash and the goal of that card is to flicker snapcaster mage, restauration angel and kitchen finks
